It was a pretty in-depth story, and really got into the rigorous testing and the science behind gluten-free and the new CI cookbook offeringhttp://www.npr.org/2014/03/20/291873792/test-kitchen-have-your-gluten-free-cake-and-love-eating-it-too

Interesting interview.Thanks for posting.

I have made the GF chocolate chip cookies using King Arthur Gluten free AP flour and have the ingredients for ATK's flour blend on my shopping list. The cookies got a grateful thumbs up from a gluten free friend though I thought they spread too much and tasted slightly gritty. Can' t wait to find some psyllium husks and make the sugar cookies.

The May\June issue of CI was just posted on the web and it includes a Gluten Free Pizza recipe and their GF flour blend. If my math is correct, it is about half the price of KAF AP blend if you are going to make a decent quantity.
