Does anyone know how long you can store cryovacked pork tenderloins in the fridge? There's no sell or use by date on the label. When I bought the package, the butcher/meat cutter said it could stay in the fridge for weeks. I just checked in with someone else and they thought otherwise. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Gerard

It will hold for a long time, effectively wet-aging. If you have no idea how old it is, err on the side of caution and use it sooner rather than later.
There may be funny odors when you open the package, but they don't indicate spoilage.

The ones from Costco are at least a month if not longer according to the labels.
