How many ways are people going to come up with to stop avocado's from turning brown? I'd swear that we'll eventually see every possible combination published ... |

Paul, Presumably putting them in a sealed container and flooding it with argon gas would work. Kind of overkill though. Here's my method: I eat the entire avocado. |

The argon method would assume oxidization is the underlying cause of browning. If it was actually enzymatic, even the argon gas wouldn't work. I don't know what the cause of browning is, since it falls outside my usefulness (avocado's around here, lol). OTOH, your method sounds delicious and effective. |
