The vegans are the only ones I figured would be buying them. Unless somewhere down the road they become cheaper to use than regular eggs, and begin showing up in commercial items.

The link between dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol is tenuous at best. Read the literature. If you want to attack the saturated fat go ahead, but an egg only has 5 grams of fat and 1.5 of saturated fat.
