So, the neighbors did a little gardening, and they ripped out all the aloe vera which was growing over the stairs. I'm not thrilled about that, but they did weed the whole back yard, so I'm not going to complain. So this means I have 6 or 7 large aloe vera plants stacked next to the compost bin in the backyard. I know I've seen big aloe vera leaves in the produce section of Mexican markets. Is there some way to cook it? Other than New Age smoothies? I did take advantage to treat my sunburn, though ... |
