I would like to make some raspberry vinegar. I researched it, but I found some recipes use white, some white wine, and some apple cider. I also saw one which added balsamic. So if anyone has made it, I'd appreciate your input. What kind and what brand? If recommend frozen unsweetened what is a good brand? I usually get TJ's. TIA |

I've always used plain white vinegar. ...I think you get more raspberry flavor that way |
