Wow....what a brave man. I, too, hope he is successful, but I bet it will be light years before we see his product (if ever) out here in the west. |

Great story. I've bought some Buffalo Mozza here and it was quite wonderful. I have no idea how it compares to the "real thing", or one made much fresher, but this was soft and wonderfully flavoured. We use it in caprese all summer long.... |
