I always end up drinking more of it than I use in a recipe, when I buy a qt.

You can also make a mild but delicious cheese with BM.

Pioneer Woman has a kick ass Buttermilk ranch dressing recipe. So does the Homesick Texan. One or the other has peppers and lime juice in it...it's awesome.
