Our local supermarket is going through a remodel. As part of this, they no longer make their own tortillas. The bakery manager, with whom I have had a few discussions while trying samples on a Saturday morning, asked me if I wanted a 50 lb bag of white corn tortilla mix (Maseca brand)...for $10. Let's see, 20 cents a pound? Done, and done.
So now I have to use 50 lbs of the stuff.
I'll freeze most of it, but I have a feeling we are going to get sick of corn tortillas. Anyone in the area (or who happens to be passing by) is welcome to several pounds. I will deliver to the TC metro area
