Sounds great. I can get something called fideli (or something like that) that are usually used for soup... sounds like the same thing. I will have to try this.

Thanks

Mary

I loved the artichoke recipe Nancy. I used chicken broth to braise it in. I thought it worked perfectly with my meal. Next time I will be a little more ruthless with how many leaves I strip as a few were a bit too hard. Thanks again for sharing the recipe.

I'm sometimes a bit of a nervous nellie when I recommend recipes, especially with the level of expertise in this community. I'm thrilled that you liked it Mary. :D

I've always had good luck with your recipes Nancy (that pea and mint salad... and you are also a fan of the roasted balsamic asparagus). I know what you mean about being nervous though, this crowd does set the bar pretty high.

Nancy, where can I find this "pea and mint salad" of which Mary speaks? Sounds delicious!

I'd like that pea and mint as well.

I'll start a new thread. It's amazingly simple and so refreshing. Just screams June... :)
