Glad to see you here Stephanie.
FYI another testament to how bad TOBB has gotten is this posted recipe:
Subject: Mom's Ham Logs with Raisin Sauce
1 lb ground ham
1/2 lb fresh ground pork
2/3 c milk
1/2 c quick-cooking oats
1 egg
2 t prepared horseradish
1/2 t salt
dash freshly ground pepper
1 T cornstarch
3/4 c cold water
2 T lemon juice
2 T cider vinegar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 seedless raisins
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 6 "logs" or small loafs, about 6 inches long.
Place in 9x13 baking dish.
Blend cornstarch and water; add remaining ingredients.
Heat while stirring until mixture bubbles and clears.
Pour some over each ham log, retaining some to pass later.
Bake at 350 F. for 40 to 45 minutes basting occasionally.
Note: For more modern taste buds, the remaining raisin sauce may need to be made a bit sweeter by adding more brown sugar or molasses.
