I'm the Fuzzy Chef, a.k.a. Josh Berkus. I launched this board on one of my servers two years ago when the Cook's Illustrated bulletin board went downhill. I'm a computer programmer, a potter and I cook a lot. I was a professional baker many years ago but am now strictly an amateur chef. I live in San Francisco, and I avoid meat and fowl.
