We are going to the Left Bank York Pa (you can google the menu if you want) with another couple. We don't have many good restaurants in this area & didn't want to drive far because of the weather. We haven't eaten there for probably 10 years - hope it is good.
I'm waiting for my lamb & 1/2 pig. My usual source isn't growing pigs anymore & my lamb was sick. He is looking for the meat from some friends. We will share the pig. He's very particular, so I know I will be getting well raised animals & humanly treated. I have mostly scraps of stuff left in my freezer & a lot of broth.
