Thanks, Everybody.

After claiming my free breakfast at Dennys and judging their breakfast potatoes as "barely edible" we made reservations at a Wine and Tapas bar.

K.F.C. or Korean fried cauliflower
Lamb Lollipops
Poutine made with Duck Fat Fries, local cheese curd, and Sauce au Poivre
Wood Plank with Wild Boar Salame, Chicken Liver Mousse, Harpersfield Lapsang Souchong cheese, Real Live Moonlight Chaource.
House Salad
Bodegas Protos Verdejo [spain]
Rudolph May Silvaner [2013]

The two cheeses on the wood plank are both from the Hudson Valley or Catskills and both very tasty. I ordered the wines because A] I had never tasted either one before and B] they were not $11 per glass. Both were interesting wines, but I probably will not seek them out again except for the value they represent.
