Lisa,
The stamps are once again courtesy Todd Hart.
Lindsay,
Wow! Yeah, you're right. Clearly I'm not charging enough ... don't be surprised that when these go on the general market, they cost more than the cookaholics ones do for y'all.

Hey, an opportunity for arbitrage!!
On the pig note, I quite like the texture and look of the pig. I like me some texture (color wise). If you were to make one, I would to buy one. I regularly pop south to pick up stuff, so shipment can be arranged.

Paul,
I already made one. That's it, and it's not sold. I could make another one fairly easily ...

I would buy that one! PM me and we'll make the arrangements. If you can hit a one week window, I'll be in DC in december, otherwise I can pop over to NY anytime, to make the work on you easier.

If the stamped variegated blue and celadon dipping bowls are still available, I'd like them please!
I'll also fill out a form for some immersion weights. I was defrosting a turkey today and was thinking I could have used one!

Carey,
I don't know that anything I'd make will work for a turkey. They're not *that* heavy.

Josh,
A regular dinner plate was enough to push it under....it just kept tilting and falling off. Turkeys aren't that buoyant. Besides, most of the time I'd be doing steaks, chicken breasts, chops and other small things. It's just Thanksgiving weekend here....so today we did fauxgiving with just the two of us (I did turkey, gravy, Mac and cheese, roasted potatoes and carrots, green beans, and pecan tarts), tomorrow will be with the in-laws, and Monday we're doing brunch-giving with friends. I'm full already.

Carey,
You folks up north celebrate thanksgiving way too early.
Anyway, I finished making immersion weights today; the drying cabinet has two whole shelves of them. I made extras of several sizes, though.
