Thank you all for the birthday wishes.

We went out for my birthday lunch. Anyone that has a birthday on a holiday such as NY Eve or V Day knows that dinner out is not so enjoyable.

Today, red beans, rice & cornbread as a change for NY Day. Typically great northern beans, cabbage & corn bread.
