My humor gene has clearly already gone to bed. Perhaps it's because the smoke alarms in our house are going off every two minutes because one of them doesn't like their battery. (All of which were replaced in January.) Amy |

Heh, pretty good. On pop-ups though, one has to wonder; considering the regulatory hurdles required to open a restaurant, the pop up concept doesn't really seem feasible, unless the these popup places last a while. Seems a lot of work and cost for little return. Even if you take over a closed restaurant as-is, I don't think the various licenses are typically transferable, though may be easier to get I suppose. |
