Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I made an error when I registered, reversed the month and day. My actual birthday is April 2nd. I share it with Crystal's daughter. So happy birthday to Cookie!

Tim,

Hah, that's what you say now. I know you've been changing your birthday ever month to fish for additional birthday wishes. ;-)

(you know that you can edit your profile, yes?)

As always, I'm late to the party. What can I say....my (non)drinking is affecting my family!

Happy birthday Cookie, and happy fake birthday to you Tim!

Happy Birthday to each and everyone that is having, did have, or will have one! Please consider my well wishing to be holistic and inclusive of all without discrimination in regard to day or date, month or year. But with my express good wishes to Cookie and Tim, I forecast continuing showers of good cookware on your birth day and high likelihood of surprise reservations at a better dining establishment in the evening.

:)

Oh, thank you all for the wishes. I should have put my real name in here, I didn't recognize "Cookie" at first!! My birthday celebration was fun, but we went out to a new restaurant, and my meal was not so great. But today we are having 45 for a SuperBowl party, and I have made 15 lbs of pulled pork and 8 lbs of chicken, along with the KFC coleslaw recipe recommended here...so today's food should be better!
Thanks again for making me feel welcome...

You're onto me. Curses! Foiled again! I would have gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids...

I did fix it. I had to laugh when I saw what had happened.

Ironically, I did go out to diner on my fake birthday. I had promised my daughter dinner at Olive Garden, so we had a daddy-daughter date. It was my first Olive Garden experience. I liked it about as much as I expected, which was none. Blech! Talk about dressing up crap food (and wine) and pretending it is some sort of fine dining. She loves their chicken and gnocchi soup, though, so I had fun nonetheless.

We also saw Hugo, which I quite recommend, btw.

Happy belated to Cookie!
Tim - olive garden is one of my guilty pleasures although I must say I only eat the soup/salad/stick combo as I really enjoy that. I've never eaten pasta there, lol. And only once a year at most since we don't have them in Canada.
