Amy,

Glad you got a new furball ... and he looks like quite a bit of fur! You also seem to like black dogs, huh?

Thanks Josh...he's a doll. Really well behaved, although we definitely need to do obedience training with him.

Black dogs are less adopted than other colors, so I guess I do tend towards them.

really? wow, that's so strange. My cats are black, I figure that this way the hair doesn't show on most of my wardrobe yet is easy to find and sweep up on the ceramic. ;)

I prefer black pets, too. Probably because I prefer black sweaters.

He is a keeper. My dog is black and white, an equal oppertunity shedder.

We have a stray Fox Terrier and I've never seen a dog shed so much in my life! He sneaks into our bed and when I make it in the morning, I have to run a lint roller over the sheets. Drives me to distraction but he is a very sweet young man. We've had a lot of dogs, Westies and Bichon Frisees, and they don't shed. But this guy - holey moley! I''ve always heard that short haird dogs shed the most and I believe it.
