It's good to see that you are back to work. I have a friend who is a PT and she broke her wrist last Spring. She is still doing her therapy to help with the pain and to keep up her range of motion. |

Just remember that no job is worth permanent injury. The kitchen ego of "I can bust plates out all night with this!" needs to be resisted. |

Trust me Becky, I am not willing to do anything to hurt this puppy. My doctor has said that the bone/plate is healing properly, so it's unlikely I'd do anything to it. That being said, I learned today I don't have the strength to lift a sheet pan of crème brûlée out of the oven with a full water bath. Amy |
