I am the one with the problem and need to hold myself back in order that they make those mistakes and learn their own way of doing things. I think the answers probably lies in more alcohol.

Mary, that's me in a nutshell too. I
want them to be self sufficient but if I have to eat the result too it's sooooo hard to just let them fly.
Hubby's scrambled eggs are dry and his sunnyside up are dry on bottom and gelatonious (sp?) on top. 83 years to go to my egg.
