Off shoot of Tim's post..... but thank you for this board, for the information, the fun, the camraderie, the opprotunity to vent......all of it. Great place to roost, or well, in my case curl up on the window sill in the sun :twisted:

Really, I enjoy having this board here a lot. Y'all know how much I like to cook, and while I'm blessed with a lot of appreciative guests, this is the place where I can compare notes on how to make stuff. Thanks for being along for the ride!

+1 on the thanks. It is nice to have landed here.

I'm on another board that did the same thing (split off the cool kids from the original commercial host). They did a thing where members have to option to help with hosting fees and get some minor privileges for it (the ability to change their names whenever they want, names in another color). When the hosting fee issue comes up, it might be worth trying.
