+1 for enabling the coffee grinder. I love my fancy-pants Breville You Brew grind and brew coffee maker too. Gives me fresh ground coffee goodness without the 2nd step of grinding in a separate grinder.

I'm suddenly not feeling so bad about owning an $80 electric tea kettle.

Re: the article: I'm jealous. I haven't had a catalog critique this funny in years. I'm also inspired, so watch out.

Amusingly, the Cranberry Relish has been discontinued. I was gonna check the ingredients.

Re: grinders.

I have a rotary grinder, a burr espresso grinder, 3 moka pots (different sizes and brands), 2 french presses (one Bodum, one I made myself), a copper Turkish coffee pot, and a Braslia espresso machine.

So yeah, I think the self-grind super-automatic is totally over the top. ;-)

I really want the potato gloves now that I've seen them. And in my house if they didn't say potato they'd be out in the garden or in the garage or lost at school quicker than I can say potato.

thanks for the laugh. My personal favourite is the $75 biscuits. Gheez

Thx Amy, glad to be here. Still laughing at the WS guide. Glad for humor after 6 yr old, ADD grandson had hives for 14 days (thought due to new med), coffee brewer broke. Now I sit here eating cranberry jelly out of a can, ran laughing out loud to the kitchen to grab it, to get the dry sticky feeling out of my mouth due to steroid I'm on---REALLY longing for fresh cran salad now! New brewer to arrv soon so happy days w/be here again. Making bourbon swt pots Wed--I'll be more than happy doing that.

Thx Fuzzy. Yeeesss.... rush twine at once! "Can I interest you in some" reminds me of a girl trip once... after long breakfast with lots of coffee and women talk the waitress approached, "ladies, can I interest you in some more coffee?" to which the comedian in the bunch answered, "Yeeees, and a catheter please." BTW, Fuzzy... your picture is my fav charactor!
