Hi Fuzzy,
They are really good. Here's the address in case anyone wants the recipe:

I use honey roasted peanuts and natural peanut butter (from WF) instead of regular. Seems to make a big difference.

Hi Nancy,

These have been on my to-try list for awhile - Glad to hear they have your seal of approval!

@ Meryl: They are really hard to stop eating. The dough freezes well, though so I don't eat more than one log at a time  . I use the honey roasted peanut butter as well as nuts. Don't know if that was clear in my last post.

Foot surgery....it went very well and I am doing great!

Glad to hear it. How long until you're walking?

Thanks Josh...I am mobile now in a huge boot. I need to wear the boot for 6 weeks....much better than 2previous surgeries which required crutches

Ilene - did you look into getting one of those nifty little scooters? My friend just had heel surgery and he is scooting around on that device now. You just kneel on it and go.

Ilene,

Heal well and fast. We're just coming into our prime time of year here, and you need to be in the garden!

Thanks for your good wishes....I am fully mobile, just in this cumbersome boot. So until I get used to it, cooking and gardening have to take a back seat.

I was at work all day then went a very long happy hour afterward. 3 martinis and 2 cosmos...I feel sorry for my co-worker, who drank as much as I did, but whose liver is probably not the finely tuned machine that mine is. :) I actually feel good this morning - I must have needed the release.

3 Martinis? In one day? Wow, I'm impressed! I ascribe to the Dorothy Parker method of martinis:

I like to have a martini,
Two at the very most.
After three I’m under the table,
after four I’m under my host.
