Hi,

They call it a bathtub but I think it's a pissoir! "Porcelain washtubs like these, once common throughout central Europe in the 1930s"

Well, a pissoir would also need a drain. I think most of the older ones, though, were basically just a drain -- a grate leading into the sewers. Besides, that looks too long for a single person to use, but too short for two.
