In the first picture, the woman is 51 yrs old.
She is TV health guru Gillian McKeith, advocating a holistic approach to nutrition and health, and promoting exercise, a vegetarian diet which is high in organic fruits and vegetables.
She recommends detox diets, colonic irrigation, and supplements.

In the second picture, the woman is also 51.
She is Nigella Lawson... a TV cook, who eats meat, butter, and desserts.
.... and, she washes it all down with wine!
I REST MY CASE. :)

A friend sent me this and I thought it was too funny not to post.

Nigella is a natural beauty and a little "zophdic".....not to put a damper on the message, but I am sure she uses the best lotions and potions on her face and can afford facials and peels, etc. That said, I bellieve in moderation and good genes.

Botox and juvaderm do wonders...

Not saying it's bad, just wishing it were more affordable to all women of a certain age.

Love this! Thanks for posting, Todd. Probably a little truth in what everyone has said, but Nigella is English, and stays outta the sun...... :D

I've earned any wrinkles I have, damnit! And I swear that's not just sour grapes because I can't afford Botox...;) I do use some lotions, but not any potions. Yet.

I think that Emeril is right - pork fat is good for you! :)
