It took several minutes of intense negotiation and Bridget has agreed in principle to leave the beans out of her groundbreaking Spam Chili with chopped pineapple. She does insist that if she can get the color right, the recipe will subtitled "A Bowl of Pink". BTW, the CIBB is be back on line with Spam intact and a new champion with 12,649 posts. Congratulations Alexawd |

Omg, TOBB has become a snoozefest! At least In the good old days there were bottles of tunesian olive oil to be had and waterless cookware (or was it water bottomed cookware....I never could keep that straight!). Plus we had Crystal's giant goosepot dwarfing the 7 quart round (LOVED that pic), our kitchens, our fridges, Lib's gingerbread houses, Darcie's candied bacon, Pennie's caramels, Lou's burgers, Marilyn's toffee, Amy's, well, everything, Tim's stocks, Frank's dysfunctional relationship with beans (but only in chile of course), the search for leaf lard, and our recipe trials and triumphs...oh, I had such laughs over MJ-gate too, where that lunatic was accusing her of conjuring up her new years eve party only in her mind! Even the fights were fun! In contrast, there appears to have been a total ONE post today. I almost dared to hope that it had gracefully died rather than continue to limp along like it is. |

Seems that TOBB's record holding newest posters (Alexawd & Drolux) have once again breached the wall and are posting up a storm...should any of you guys need an "extention" of sorts, seems they are having quite a sale on some very interesting products over there... Seems that they are up to about 39,500 post... |
