OK guys here we go again. Sat Made lamb with olives & pots from the Pressured Cook. Sun Chili with pork sausage.
For newbies. This is when we try to cook only from the freezer - except for produce - to empty out our old food so we can stock up with more!!
I don't think I will be able to empty mine this yr as I have a lamb & 1/2 a pig - or parts of - in there. But it is fun to see what we can come up with.
I currently have 1/2 lb lamb cubes left over from the stew. Any ideas?

Kathy,
You've inspired me...out of the deep freeze today comes a pork shoulder (I bought two on sale). Not sure what I'll make, but it will clear up some space.
I may also pull out some pork belly to make bacon.

Kathy, Re: lamb cubes. There's a great stir fry recipe from Grace Young called Mongolian Lamb with Scallions. I googled it, and this is the recipe, although don't go by the awful picture. It's really, really good. Amy
