Made a glaze of maple syrup, oj, sesame oil, bourbon, soy sauce, and chili powder. Browned the tenderloins, glazed them and rolled them in sesame seeds. Baked at 400 for 20 minutes. Thickened the glaze and used it as a sauce. Offered with store bought spinach dumplings. And there is plenty leftover for lunches! Nice thing about a pork tenderloin-even when priced at $4.00/pound they are small enough that they only cost about $4.00 for enough for two for dinner.
