This CI recipe I have found to be very good and pretty easy for a week night dinner. The quick sausage has turned out well for me on several occasions. I have even tried it with ground turkey and half and half with good success.....

Thanks Karen. I remember putting this recipe on a mental list last winter when I read the issue. Unfortunately, mental lists flee my head at alarming speed so I never made it. Now it is printed, sitting on the counter, and the ingredients are on my shopping list.

Now if I can only remember what recipe those ingredients are for when we unpack the groceries.

Jim, too funny, I don't know how many times I have come home with something for a recipe and then the next day, I can't remember what recipe I bought it for............

Glad it's not just me. And that's part of the reason my fridge and freezer are bulging!
