My dear friend gave me a basket full of freshly picked Meyer Lemons. I made Lemon Squares/Bars from Cook's Country Recipe. It's a wonderful and reliable recipe. Thanks for letting me share!

"Baby Jaden" also had a craving for Chocolate Pie...I used CI Oreo Crust recipe and Joanne Chang's Chocolate Filling recipe....it went fast as you can see from the pictures :D :D

I am envious. We have a small lemon meyer plant in our house. We got 6 lemons & we were thrilled! Nothing like the stash you got. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

That's my favorite chocolate pie filling. It's really good.

I've started eating Meyer lemons like oranges once in a while. Not good for enamel, I know.

Emilie, I haven't had the opportunity to try the recipes from "Flour, Too"...will keep you posted when I do.

Btw, I went to my local Safeway today and they were selling 1 lemon for $1.99 :o Welcome to paradise.
