I just made a half batch of Ruhlman's Aged eggnog, which is a half gallon. It is seriously boozy. We are going to drink half in a month at Christmas and half next year (maybe). The Cooking Issues podcast also had a bunch of stuff on aged eggnog, and it sounded quite interesting. |
