I was shopping at the Northwoods Outlet a couple of weeks ago and they had 9.6 oz bars of Scharffen- Berger chocolate for $1.00 a bar. I bought 12 bars. 4 each of the 62%, 70% and 90% plus a can of Cocoa Powder which was also a $1.00. I gave 3 of the bars and some of the Cocoa away to a friend plus this recipe for the Baked Brownie. She baked them the next day. She and her family loved these Brownies, so I had to make them as well. I used one full bar of the 62% and about 3 oz. of the 90%. I also used the Cocoa Powder. I took some of the Brownies to work and Darts and everybody who tried them said they were excellent. I have enough Chocolate to make these about 5 or 6 more times. I can't believe I got such a good deal on the Chocolate.

Great deal on the chocolate! I would not try to guess how many recipes of brownies I could make, with all of the chocolate in my pantry! I made a batch of those sweet and salty brownies for Easter - I am always getting requests for those.
