I like this part:

"The dress code for this course is business casual. Blue jeans, shorts, tank tops, and open-toed sandals are not permitted."

... makes you wonder who they're pitching the course to. No jeans? This is California. I've been in board meetings where people wore jeans.

No, no flip-flops. Silicon Valley boardroom attire is generally jeans and a $100 shirt.
