Once again we're in lovely San Diego - the weather sucks! We're here about 4x/yr. so I have quite a bit of exposure; any suggestions on the weird and wonderful or don't miss side of life?

P.S. to Frank - Nice to see that your itinerary includes all of the cool spots for the height of summer . . . :twisted:

Lately Texas is cooler than NY...what's up with that? :shock:

As a former sailor that occasionally saw SD as a port of call...I plead the 5th... :oops:

The San Joaquin Valley is cooler than NY - and that's considered the desert!
