Anything in Mobile, AL. that a fella needs to experience? Gotta go there next week.

Frank,

Fried chicken? Can't think of anything else.

Stay away from the seafood this week.

Head over to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and go to Sea and Suds for dinner. Also good is Tacky Jack's and Doc's. Sea and Suds and Tacky Jacks both on the water. All casual, cheap and oh so good.

Yea...the tainted seafood thing has me bummed...been eying a place called "The Dew Drop Inn" I found while trolling the internet.

I'm sure we could all think of a "crude" joke to plug in here...

I forgot to mention that if you are looking for something more high-end (but not stuffy), Villaggio's at the Wharf in Orange Beach is outstanding. Italian food, it is not a large restaurant, so reservations are recomended. If you think you would want to go there let me know I will get you the phone number.

The Wharf also is a gallery of shops and such, so you can go early and site-see a little too.

It sure wouldn't hurt to have it...I am having visions of eating beside an oil soaked coast smelling crude oil and dead fish and other critters...I sure hope it misses a bullet but not looking very good right now...sad...

I won't be there too long, fly in about noon the 12th, have meetings all day the 13th (up in Citronelle), fly out at 6:00AM the 14th.
