Why not try to meet up with Lou, who has a few ingredients he just can't find in France?

Bumping up again - We're going to Paris this Sunday for a week, renting an apartment on rue Ordener in Montmarte. Looking for any recommendations in the 18th Arrondissement - cafe's, bakeries, markets, etc.

We bought "The Food Lover's Guide to Paris" by Patricia Wells but am also looking for your thoughts.

TIA and Au Revoir!!!

We are going in September, so I await your reviews (I'm so excited! ). I bought Timeout Paris which looks really good as a guidebook. I think they mentioned crepes in Montparnasse. Also Clothilde Eats Paris which I got on my iphone on ibooks looks good. Have a blast!
The other Nancy
