I'm going tomorrow, if I can make myself get on the plane. A friend of mine who has parents that live there suggested El Pinto. Anyone else know of some nice places to dine...
We are only taking a carry on so it will be casual for us. There is a first ever in the US, bird that has been seen there....Rufous-Necked-Wood-Rail. Very exciting......if you're into that kind of thing. :D

Thanks, Karen

Sorry, I meant to put this in travel.........

Nothing fancy but I love the green Chili cheese burger and a bowl of beans and flour tortillas at The Owl restaurant.

It's been about 9 years but if I remember correctly we ate at El Pinto from a recommendation by locals when I was there on business.

We ate at both establishments and had very good meals. I seemed to favor the Green Chii Cheeseburger....The chili sauce was amazing.

...and the plane didn't crash!

thanks all!

BTW! I'll be in Toledo next week with my entire herd. Any good suggestions on eating?
