Just spent 3 days on a little island in the smallest hotel room I have ever been in, but very charming. The food was quite good. They grilled the day we got there and we had beef, lamb and moose plus goat, lamb and venison sausages. The sausages were not to our taste... esp. the goat.
We drove up to Stockholm today, what a stunning city! The hotel sent us to an amazing fish restaurant. I had lightly salted cod with a poached egg, shrimp, freshly grated horseradish and browned butter. Score!

Sounds fantastic even if all food wasn't your taste. I haven't been to Stockholm since my "If its Tuesday It Must Be Belgium Tour" in 1978. Might have to add that to the list of to-do's. Keep good notes please, Ms. Marygott1 Living vicariously through you...
