Dunno - maybe your famous chicken salad with Turkey? Envious of your concert, though. Love Paula. Funniest thing I ever heard was her take on 'experimenting with drugs.' She said experiements involved lab coats, and data. And none of this was present for drug experimentation. Just made me laugh. |

OOPs....you said nothing fancy (not that anything in Carbondale is fancy), but I think the chef/owner of SIX 89 also has Phat Thai....I haven't eaten there, but the reviews look good. Have a great time Ilene |
