All three of these are Great while in Phoenix, I especially like Quiessence. I really need to make a US Cookaholics tour. Frank, those dogs look great! In Williams I found this, which looks like fun even if the food is not stellar: http://www.thesingingpigroute66.com/index.html. Otherwise it looked like an Arby's wasteland (or perhaps "waist" land?). I will check out the Cleveland thread although I have been there twice now and good food has never been a problem as well as THE most awesome cocktail place I have ever been to. http://www.velvettangoroom.com/ They make all their mixers, bitters, etc. and you feel like you are stepping back in time.
