What is it with this place? ...lou Heck, I live in a town where there is a CAT leash law, and if you have more than 3 pets you are "required" to get a kennel license and register with the city. Absurdity is not confined to any particular country. Makes me yearn for a 3000 acre compound and a lot of ammo.
