I are in Trinidad...last evening located the Bella Luna Pizzaria @ 121 W. Main. It had a wood fired imported Italian brick oven. We had the pizza of course, my engineer (from New York) is a self proclaimed pizza snob declared that while better pies are to be had in NY it was a VERY acceptable pizza and the best pizza he had eaten in "The West". As for me...given that my usual pizza is Papa Johns...it was excellent! Tonight...Parker, CO.

Glad to know there is decent pizza in Trinidad, in case I ever get there.

ilene Had a hamburger in Parker at "Good Times" Bugers & Frozen Custard...it was "OK" For Dinner I Went to the Café Terracotta in Littleton http://restauranteur.com/cafeterracottalittletoncom/ this evening. Had the Cranberry Feta salad, it was very tasty. The entrée was the Autumn Stuffed Pork Chop, it was lacking flavor, the side dishes of roasted potatoes and acorn squash were bland. The vanilla Crème Brulee was eggy and lacked vanilla flavor and no vanilla seeds were present. If any vanilla was used it was minimal if at all. Ambiance was great! They need to hire a chef. Not recommended.

If I had know you were going to Littleton, I would have sent to Opus in Old Town Littleton, a superb restaurant requiring no lowering of standards.
At least the weather cooperated....

It was beutiful weather and driving thru Colorado is always a treat (See Amy's post on pork) Given that I had driven from Albuquerque, Littleton was just a hop, skip, & a jump. I'll be back at a later date, this was the design phase...constrution comes later.
Next week...Philly!
