Leaving next Thursday for some skiing in Big Sky. Any suggestions for "must not miss" places to eat or drink? This is my second trip there, and so far have not found anything really noteworthy.

I have a skiing friend who lives there. She's not a food person per se, but I'll ask her.

Trink,

She referred me to this link on the Epic Ski forums. Hope it helps!

P.S. Oh, and why are you going to Big Sky, and not coming to Telluride?! Hmmmmm?

Thanks Amy. That's great. We're thinking either Whisler or Telluride for next year. There are a few in our group (of 10-13) that think Telluride would be too difficult for the intermediate (a couple on the lower intermediate side) skiers. We also have a couple snowboarders in the group. I'd love to get your thoughts.

Trink,

I know Telluride has a reputation for its extreme skiing, and yes, we do have a lot of expert terrain, but we also have a ton of great intermediate and beginner runs. One of my favorite chairs (5) is all really wonderful blue and double blue trails.

I would not steer you wrong.
