Sears Fine Foods is an fun experience for the little pancakes, once. Don't order anything but pancakes, and it's definitely not worth waiting in line for an hour.
Note: good brunch places in San Francisco generally develop extensive lines by 10am on weekends. If you don't want to wait in line, arrive well before 10.
