We visited Glass Beach last time, and there was a dead animal there. Hopefully this time there won't be.
And I don't care how good Cafe B. might be. I have to draw a line somewhere, and chicken in Boulliabase is it. Next they'll be serving tiramisu with white chocolate in it.

So, our stay in Ft. Bragg ended up being a bit more exciting that expected. On Friday morning, we went down to Noyo Harbor to buy fish ... to find the harbor locked up because of the huge tidal surge, and the 1 closed off south of Mendocino.
Tim, I stopped by Twist but Lark was out that day.
Anyway, the food stops were Piaci in Ft. Bragg, which is a terrific flatbread/pizza beer/wine restaurant mainly patronized by locals. We also had Sunday brunch at Egghead, where I had a dungeness crab & champaigne hollandaise benedict.
The rest of the time, we cooked. Article up on Ft. Bragg sometime later, with pictures.
