I did take some pics. I will post them to my Facebook page.
Here are some of the pictures of the food. I didn't think about plating the items for a picture, I just snapped pictures when I had time

Oh that does sound like fun! Did you use my pepper jelly? I wish I had friends that would enjoy that. Maybe I'll have to intoduce some to the wonderful world of cooking.

Laurie,
I did use your Pepper Jelly and it was delicious. I am also going to use some on Christmas Eve. The Cheese Brats were from Ebels and they were very good.

Todd, I saw my pepper jelly in the pic, glad you liked it. :D I love the stuff.

I have bought several varieties of Ebel's brat's they are hard to beat. I was there Friday and bought a tenderloin to roast for Christmas dinner.

They had NY Strips, for get this, $1.99 a pound. We had 2 last night and they were great. I love that place!

Happy Holidays,
Laurie

$1.99 lb for NY Strips! That place is the best. I just wish it was closer.

Laurie,

I've been holding your pepper jelly against making some cornbread ...

Fuzzy, the pepper jelly and cornbread would go well together.

Did you try the ginger sauce? If so, was it any good. I won't be offended if it was a bust. The store I bought it at has it on sale right now, should I buy a couple bottles, or run the other way?

Laurie,

It was pretty good out of the bottle, but when I threw it into a stir-fry (towards the end) most of the flavor cooked away in minutes and I had to add the rest of the bottle at the table. I think you'd have to use a whole bottle for 3-serving stir-fry, which would make it a fairly expensive sauce. Or maybe you're supposed to cook with it over a lower temperature ....
