Today is Dec. 31, 2016. The attached image attests to the IMPOSSIBLE being realized

Now, can I keep it that way :?: ;)

I'll calendarize a quarterly freezer check-in (much easier than a weigh-in.........)

Any takers or wagers :?: :?: :?:

I bet you'll be able to keep organized, at least for a quarter if not more. How's that for hedging?

I've started taking photos with my phone of the stuff I put into the freezer. I'll let you know if that helps with the organization quotient!

Our freezer was squeaky clean a year ago.

Of course, that was because we were moving. Not so much now.

I have a love/hate thing going with my freezers. Love that I can stock up on foods and don't have to run to the store every time I want to make a meal.
Hate that it becomes out of control so quickly. Biggest issue is not being able to find something that I absolutely know is in there. And I hate the defrosting process; almost as much as I used to hate having to clean the oven.
