Dilly beans (already done), maybe homemade Bailey's Irish Cream. I keep thinking I want to make mustards but I never do it.

Pickled green beans with lots of dill. Some say they are the perfect stirrer for a Bloody Mary.

I saw a recipe for dried orange peels with rosemary. We had to pick all our mandarins after the first freeze and unfortunately they have a few seeds, so I can't send them to my granddaughter. They have really thin peels, so should dry pretty fast. My rosemary seems to like the cold, so it is still doing great. I've saved a few glass Penzey's jars, so I thought I'd use those. Any thoughts?

That sounds fantastic! I am going to make bourbon macerated dried cherries. Basic ally dumping bourbon on dried cherries. Might throw a cinnamon stick in there too.

My crew has expectations for my mustard (3 this year) and, if I can find a good deal on pine nuts, I'll add pine nut butter.

Homemade grenadine is very season, pretty, and special enough.

Strawberry Vanilla Jam
Citrus bitters
Figs in Honey
Pureed Preserved Lemon

I have no ambition this year, so this will have to do.
