I have the same brand, just an older, less chic looking model. There is a new one out that is electric and you can program the amount of bubbles.

I have the one with the glass bottle, which is smaller than the ones with the plastic bottle, but it's just me drinking it so it lasts well. And I'm beginning to experiment with flavors. Adding lemon juice makes it remarkably like lemonade, but without the sugar. Thinking of trying pomegranate molasses next.

Continuing the food theme, some lovely soul gave me a 100ml bottle of Camelina oil. WTF????

Yeah, neither had I.

So in the interest of being the information guy:

I knew I'd seen that somewhere! And it was in Dog Shampoo.

Seriously, though, it was in some skin cream in Swanson, or some place like that, I think because of the high vitamin e content. And Camelina microcarpa is considered an invasive plant in many areas, which is another thing I remember that name from. Never saw it in supermarkets.

I like to pour it in a pitcher with fresh herbs or sliced citrus. You can also get some good quality syrups here that are nice in it. Elderflower syrup is very popular here and is very good with sparkling water. I love the idea of pomegranate molasses. I just bought some so will give it a go as well. I don't like very sweet drinks so this is good for me. Try it with apple juice or other fruit juices.

My Christmas gift from my daughter arrived today. It is a personally dedicated signed copy of Stir by Barbara Lynch. Just glanced at it and it is a gorgeous cookbook. I was not expecting anything so I am so happy.

PS, DS surprised me as well with the 2 full seasons of Homeland on dvd, not edible but still great.
